Info from Licensor: "I was driving alone along highway 40 eastbound at around 6 pm to go and see my mom. Traffic was moving very slow in the left two lanes so I decided to pass them. As I entered back into the center lane I noticed a vehicle begin to sway from side to side a few car lengths in from of me. Initially, I thought the driver of the vehicle would be able to recover from the swaying. However, while keeping an eye on what is going on in front of me, my only thought was to slow down, and safely and gradually reduce my speed while trying to avoid getting near that vehicle. It was near impossible to know in those moments what was going to happen, or where the vehicle was going to end up. Eventually, I thought the best area for me to come to a safe speed was on the left shoulder, but that is also where the jackknifed vehicle ended up, placing me the perfect spot to capture the event."
