EMT Guy Busts Open Window to Help an Unconscious Woman in Parking Lot

Info from Licensor: "A woman was unconscious in a Walmart parking lot and was locked in her car for over an hour before anyone recognized and tried to help. She had a cell phone in one hand, her mouth was wide open, but no chest movements and no swallowing movements! Her face was very pale and faint! Her mouth was wide open and her tongue was dry. The police stated that he can't break out the window, and that he has to follow a process even though the woman is noticeably in distress and in dire need of medical attention! EMT guy walks up around the 2:00 mark and does a quick spin around and busts the window out with his elbow! He gives her 2 shots used for overdose victimize! She never regains consciousness as far as we saw."
