Info from Licensor: "This is on my parent's property where my mom and I rehabbed orphaned raccoons for several years. This guy, nicknamed "Little Hands", was the only one that year and had the run of their yard while he became "wild" before release. My father has this statue mounted on the fountain that is some form of Manneken Pis statue that the family all hates but he loves (and cemented it to the pond, so it wasn't going anywhere). Raccoons love water, especially if it's moving. They also forage in creeks and streams and wash their food and really are obsessed with water, so it's natural that this youngster would find this fun and enriching fountain to play with."
