Info from Licensor: "My husband has been asking for a 'baby wiener dog' for 12+ years. I have adamantly denied this request over and over again. He finally quit asking. I finally decided it was time to shower him with love and grant his request. I found a local breeder near our home that had 4 puppies ready to go to their forever homes right before Christmas. I put my name on the list for this male dapple mini dachshund and was chosen to bring him home!
For 6 weeks, I kept this secret to myself, but on Dec 22, decided to share the surprise my 12-year-old daughter. She was thrilled to be involved in making this dream come true for her daddy. My other daughter was going to be equally as excited to have a pet, so I decided to keep the surprise for her as well. The daughter that knew was so helpful in orchestrating this magical Christmas wish. She set up her phone for recording and captured the moment beautifully. We are forever grateful for this video that documented what might be the most excited and happy I've ever seen my husband. He was touched beyond words."
