While waiting for my luggage, I noticed a baggage handler, turning and flipping each suitcase that came out onto the conveyor belt so that the handle of the suitcase was facing forward making it very easy and convenient for passengers to just grab their bags and go. Once I received my bag, I went up to him and thanked him for his excellent service. I told him that I’ve traveled the world and it’s the best service I’ve ever seen globally. I asked him for his name and surname and told him that I’m going to message his bosses to let them know what an outstanding job he was doing. I received feedback from Lanseria thanking me for noticing Ephraim and informing me that Ephraim has been recognized for his exceptional service. As per News24, he has worked there since 2012 and his bosses had no idea of his impeccable work ethic. After the video went viral, his bosses have decided to honor him with a medal at their year-end function, he will receive an award which they were still deciding on, they are implementing his work ethic as the best practice for all flights."
