Info from Licensor: "Noel is our spunky and very capable amputee foster fail. In 2017, she was an injured stray in Bakersfield, CA. Her front legs were shattered, possibly from being tossed from a car. We met her soon after her second amputation surgery and fell head over heels in love. She has become a cherished family member. Noel is a shining example of resilience and determination. She prefers to do things on her own, like jumping up to sit on furniture. Of course, we assist her when she needs help. However, after five years with us, we know her capabilities and let her do as much as she can independently. She might look different, but we know our little 'bipawd' is 100 percent dog!"
