Info from Licensor: She’s a 4-year-old Bichon Frisé, I adopted her a year ago. Her name is sunshine, the previous owner told me she has been doing that since she was a puppy. But she never did that to me until, I guess a month after I got her and I immediately send it to the previous owner, she was so happy knowing that sunshine warmed up to me and said she wanted attention. Then she started doing that again while I was eating and whenever I get her leash. So that’s when I realize that’s how she begs when she wants something.
