Info from Licensor: "My parents and I went to dinner at Chili's, one of our favorite places. This time happened to be a one of a kind experience. My dad and I sat down, and my mother went to the bathroom. Shortly after being seated, I noticed a woman sitting across from us had her stuff in the dead center of the isle. My mother and a waiter carrying a tray of food nearly tripped over her bags, but no one said a thing. My dad leaned over and said 'pssst, ma'am is that your stuff?'. She responded with, 'well they didn't trip and fall, did they?' My dad turned to me and quietly said, 'well that was some rude ass shit.' The lady must have been staring at him when he said this, and she went OFF.
She then began calling my mother a handful of swear words, and that's when employees and bystanders stepped in. We were quickly pushed for the door, which had us feeling extremely uneasy that it was not being handled properly. We waited for police to arrive, told them what happened, and the woman ended up getting forcefully removed by police after ignoring the employees asking her to leave. Chili's saw the video and acted very quickly, compensating us with a $100 gift certificate."
