Info from Licensor: "Hello, my name is Marta, and with my family, we took the excursion on the Elizabetta, from the company Atalaya S.A. on 01/12/2024. We felt really disappointed since in an emergency like yesterday they did not give us help on the boat or even when we arrived.
Before the glass exploded, water was entering through the ceilings, floor, and lights were hanging and people began to sit on the floor at the back. People were panicking, fainting, and vomiting everywhere (they gave out waste bags because they didn't have enough paper). The passengers were varied, different ages, from older people to children of 2 or 3 years old.
At no time did they help us on the boat or when we arrived, they only said goodbye to us. I had to ask to take us to the hospital because they were only saying goodbye to us. My son still had small pieces of glass on his neck and head, and I was frozen and soaked for more than 3 hours, and removing my the glass as best I could. Afterwards, they told us that since my son had not bled it was nothing, but we did not receive any support in this situation. My youngest son (12 years old) lost his very expensive prescription glasses, and they just couldn't find them."
