Info from Licensor: "I was headed home from Sky Harbor airport. I always drive the scenic route home, down Sonoran Desert Parkway through a Preserve. There are always hot air balloons. I film them and take photos almost everyday on my way to and from work. This video was showing a rare day when the balloons get too low while crossing the road and causing traffic to stop, or near miss accidents."
