Info from Licensor: "We were sitting on the beach at Bethel Island. There was a rental boat beached next to us. We watched the attempt to tow this heavy boat off the beach with a very under powered boat. They tied the little boat to the patio boat with a very small nylon rope. They made many attempts, and on the last attempt the rope broke, almost hitting the lady in the boat."
