Info from Licensor: "I was contracted out by a company to pick up this rental vehicle. The renter had tracked the vehicle and was locked out of the vehicle and the starter was disabled. He began to fight me and tried to stop me from hooking up the vehicle. The cops where called out for assault against me, and he was arrested."
