Info from Licensor: "We were at a gathering and the kids were swimming. My son knows how to swim but he got scared when he flipped from the mat. He did what he was taught regarding dropping to the bottom and jumping up for air, but he was panicking. There were 6 adults off-camera monitoring the pool. As soon as we recognized that it was not a play splash and shout, I jumped up to dive in and get to him. My husband and daughter were right behind. An aunt also ran over to give instructions from the side of pool to the other cousin in the pool. He didn’t take in any water because he did what he was taught. In an emergency situation, you never know how you will react. You can always say, oh I would have, or never would, but when you’re not there in the moment, you can’t truly say. What I do know is that he can swim, the pool was not unsupervised, and it was an accident that could have happened to anyone, anywhere."
