Info from Licensor: "Valentine's day weekend 2021. My husband Jerry and I were getting the house ready for the weekend; on Saturday our two grandchildren were coming to spend Valentine's day with us. They were traveling from Vancouver, Washington. Early on Friday the 12th, a storm of snow and freezing rain rolled in and our power went out and only to come back on for 40 mins then out again. We remained in the house that night hoping the power would come back on. Freezing rain hit during the night; you could hear trees snapping and transformers blowing up and lighting up the night sky. It got so cold in the house you could see your breath. The next day was like waking up on the set of Disney's "Frozen" animated movie. Driving through our neighborhood everything was frozen. The trees on our street were leaning so much with the heavy ice they looked like chandeliers; we had to navigate in and out carefully while driving. The power in town was out everywhere just about. We went north only to find everything booked up there... So we drove 42 miles south and found a room at a motel in Albany. In Albany, there was only rain and the temperature wasn't freezing. Valentine's day Sunday the 14th when we came back to check on the house, the trees still looked magical, lovely, and dangerous. Needless to say, our grandchildren never arrived; they got snowed in and ice was on the roads going north and it was too dangerous to drive. Our power came on one week later."
