Info from Licensor: "A lady was pulling her car out of a parking spot at Morris Plains, Greystone Psychiatric Hospital when she scraped up a car multiple times trying to pull out of the parking spot. She then preceded to wipe off the evidence before she pulled off without reporting the accident."
