Attempted Bridge Jumper in Minnesota

Info from Licensor: "I was taking a break from work and happened to walk down Robert St bridge. I arrived as the police and Fire Chief arrived and began recording. Very glad she's ok! The lady was taken into custody safely and left by ambulance."
