Red Light Runner Skims Truck and Keeps Driving

Info from Licensor: "I live in South Florida and I have a dashcam in my car. I was driving along on a work errand going to get a money order and stopped at a red light. All of a sudden, I see a white car barrel through an intersection and clip the back end of a black truck and keep going. My heartbeat started racing and I immediately thought there was some sort of police chase. This was no accident. He clearly blew the red light and did a hit and run. I pulled over to help the victim of the black truck and showed him the video."
