Thief Takes Tools and Car Parts From Carport Storage

Info from Licensor: "Man parks behind my vehicle and my dash camera which records while my vehicle is parked captures this man going to my carport storage unit, cuts the lock, and steals all of my tools and few other items then leaves. This happened at approximately 11:30am. Police was notified and a report was made."
