Brawl in the Rain at an Intersection

Info from Licensor: I was coming up on the red-light of an intersection of Ingles and sonic when this all started. An older man and a younger man with long hair. Older man's hat is still on the side of the road. That was what is tossed in the air at the end of the video. Looks like they just walked it off.
