Info from Licensor: "Buggy is a special needs Bulldog saved by NorCal Bully Breed Rescue in Sacramento, California. He now lives happily with his family in the Northern suburbs of Chicago. He likes to suck on things. It was a coping mechanism for him to help him breathe well before he had corrective airway surgery when he was a puppy. He still does this as a habit."
