Boat Towing Caravan on Texas Highway

Info From Licensor: "We took a ride from our home in Dayton to Liberty to see how the town was fairing with the storm effects from Harvey. On our way back, in-between the towns of Liberty and Dayton, we noticed a large caravan heading westbound on Highway 90 toward Houston. Nearly every vehicle was towing a boat, making it obvious that these people were heading to the flood zones to help those in need."
