"This carpet snake, coastal carpet python, was one of six I had to move from our veranda. We live on the North Coast of New South Wales (Australia) on a rural property. This bloke came inside and must have liked the patterns on the cushion, notice how he seems to rub himself along it. He now lives in the bush a kilometer or so away from here, much to my wife's delight. You will also see him yawn, I believe this is common and is a way of positioning his jaw. Maybe he is trying to impress the cushion."
