Info from Licensor: "I was at the park on Saturday, September 14, 2019, around 7 pm, when a young man walked by and told me about the baby boy who was hanging out the window from the 13th floor at 1428 Webster Ave. in the Bronx. I couldn't keep watching not knowing what was going to happen. He was out there for over ten minutes. I went upstairs to let them know. Thank God, I got there in time for his sister to pull him back inside."
