Info from Licensor: "The BMW ran a red by a full second. The driver was charged with multiple offenses. She suffered minors cuts to her hands. In the other vehicle, the driver, adult passenger, and two children were uninjured but understandably shaken. The BMW driver was also charged, for being a learner driver without a fully licensed person supervising."
