Info from Licensor: "I saw something that looked like a domestic squabble that escalated to attempted murder as the woman intentionally waited for my car and pushed the man in front. The impact broke off my side mirror while the man clutched at his elbow/ribs and took off across the street with the woman yelling after him. I told the police that I have dashcam footage, but they either didn't hear me or were not interested. They have not contacted me since."
