Info from Licensor: "My nephew, Matthew, is a huge baseball fan and his favorite player is Andrew McCutchen. I reached out to the San Francisco Giants organization and told them about his open heart surgery and how much he loves Cutch. They sent us a care package for Matthew with all kinds of goodies and a signed Andrew McCutchen picture. His face lit up when we told him about this and read the letter. He was so happy that the Giants and Andrew McCutchen sent him all this cool stuff and that they were rooting for him. They certainly made an impact in helping such a great kid recover from such a difficult time."
