Dog Roaming on the Interstate Stops Traffic

Occurred on April 28, 2020 / Miami, Florida, USA

Info from Licensor: I was driving on I-95 when suddenly all of the traffic halted. Next thing I knew there was a dog in the middle of I-95. He was running in different directions so a few of us cars sort of steered him towards the right shoulder because he was running towards the express lane which meant instant death if he crossed over. I 95 was immediately halted because of this incident. Luckily, people around us were able to subdue him in time and save his life.
