Two Idiots on the Highway

Info from Licensor: "While driving from Brussels to Leuven, a brown Toyota tailgated blue Polo. The it passed him on the right. The blue Polo made gestures with his arm out of window and crosses a solid white line in order to get next to the brown Toyota. It this this to semi-block him from passing again. This infuriated the driver of the brown Toyota who managed to pass the blue Polo and cut him off. The he applied the brakes and forced him to the side of the road, nearly causing a massive crash on one of Belgium's major highways."
