Rescuing a Trapped Puppy from under a Heavy Bar

Info from Licensor: "Two boys rode bicycles and heard the puppy whine loudly in the area of the heavy metal bars. They asked the people living nearby to help them save the puppies, but no one had a jack or a crowbar, and the guys called to shelter 'Verny Drug.' The rescue team drove very quickly and the puppy was saved."
