Calgary Police Arrest Man Downtown, While His Dog Is Biting Them

Info From Licensor: "CPS (Calgary Police Service) arresting some guy just outside Bankers Hall downtown on October 7, 2015. The dog can be seen biting and nipping at the cops as they try to detain and arrest him. We have no info other than what is in the video."
