Info from Licensor: "My cat Patches is 15 years old and he has an underbite so his tongue sticks out about 95% of the time. He is small, around 6lbs, and so sweet. In this video, his tongue was sticking out a little further than normal because he had just got done cleaning. He may be sticking his tongue out at you, but it's out of pure love."
