Info from Licensor: "CCTV captured a large billboard toppling during a rainstorm. A family of 3, father, mother, and child, drove a sedan to eat rice soup at a shop next to the sign installation site and almost got crushed by the billboard. When it rains and winds, do not stand near large or substandard signs or large trees, otherwise it may be dangerous."
