Info from Licensor: "This postal worker is a substitute for my usual delivery delivery drive. This is only my second encounter with her. The last one was just as bad, but I was not able to catch it on video. She refuses to scan the label on the package when she picks it up, for those of you who are unfamiliar, a package is only deemed received after it has been scanned so if something was to happen to the package from the time she takes it until it is eventually scanned, which may not be until delivery, the post office would have no liability, because it would look as if it was never received.
Always ensure your package gets scanned, if you order a pick up, they will have a paper telling them that they need to pick up packages from your place and sometimes they will scan that paper showing that they stopped. However, that paper does not have any bearing on the packages you are sending out. I filed a complaint last time, but they were not able to tell who it was for whatever reason."
