Info from Licensor: "This video was shot in our jet boat on the Snake River in Hells Canyon, Idaho near Lewiston, Idaho. It was a bachelor party. When you spin a jet boat 360° at speed it is called a 'Cowboy.' No one was injured. My husband Kevin Hawley was driving the boat, and the groom-to-be Rick Northrup filmed it."
