Info from Licensor: "Hanoi's train street has been a popular tourist attraction for decades. Vietnamese authorities, who would prefer visitors to their lands not risk life and limb standing within a few feet of oncoming commuter trains, banned tours to the street citing safety concerns in 2019. Although it is 'technically' closed to the public, it looks like someone forgot to tell the hundreds of cafes, bars, and businesses that operate on the side of the train line. These businesses know they're at risk from permanent closure so make sure the tracks are cleared of tables, chairs, animals, and most importantly people, at least 5-10 minutes before the train arrives. The clip is at x2 speed. In reality, the train passes through slowly honking away as it does. Filmed on the 23rd April 2023 by a UK travel couple Parma and Simona."
