Occurred on September 30, 2018 / Yuma, Arizona, USA
Info from Licensor: "Moisture from Tropical Storm Rosa began filtering into southwestern Arizona. This triggered a series of thunderstorms that dropped as much as 3 inches of rain. I measured 1.60' at my house. Most of the precipitation that falls in the area eventually finds its way into the Fortuna Wash, a normally dry stream bed. The Fortuna Wash drains into the Gila River and eventually the Colorado River. Damage was relatively minor, in the Yuma area, but the Yuma Proving Ground, an Army base north of Yuma suffered significant damage."
