Info from Licensor: "It started to rain around 8pm. I've never seen such strong rain in my entire life. It was heavy lightning and thunder. One nearly hit our house. Then I noticed torrents of water filling all the streets around. The last such extent of flooding was in 1922. This one is largest in a century. It caused multiple damages worth of tens millions of AUS dollars. Many people lost their business and property. It was a bit scary at the times."
