Info from Licensor: "After the crash, I exited the vehicle to be a Good Samaritan and check on the driver. She was ok and only complained about mild hand pain. I contacted 911 who arrived on the scene. I provided a law enforcement officer with the dashcam footage. The female didn’t strike me as intoxicated so I’m going to assume she was on her phone. Likely distracted driving."
