Info from Licensor: "On Monday the third of April 2023, I was stuck in a traffic jam on the Westgate freeway. After pulling into the service station for fuel and coffee, I witnessed this guy try to drive off with no tires on the left-hand side of his car. I tried to block him in, jumped out of the car, and started rolling. I just held my phone to my chest and started asking questions. I don’t want to make assumptions. At first, I thought it was Leslie Chow from The Hangover. I couldn’t believe what he was telling me as he was trying to drive off. The video will explain the rest. He pretty much took off after I stopped filming, driving the wrong way down the exit ramp heading eastbound. At that point, I phoned police with a description and let them do their work. I have heard since he was apprehended sometime later after crashing into four cars. I followed up with police to learn that he was released on a summons and instant loss of license."
