Info from Licensor: "I was working on a swing stage. At about 2:30 PM is when I noticed officers blocking the driveway. As the officers approached the garage door, I noticed a set of hands coming from the bottom as if they were trying to press the pressure plate to make the garage door go up. This was when I started to record. The driver came out with no regard for anything. It is really a miracle that no one was hurt. After they rammed into the police car, they crashed into the transformer, and one of the assailants got about 50' before being subdued by officers while the other person got away and the stolen vehicle with the Minibike as well"
