Info from Licensor: "I just left work at the mine near Hazleton, PA. Police had the intersection blocked off, and then the next thing I know, the truck blew past me at 60 or 70 mph. The guy was a wanted felon for a parole violation. It ended in a 3-hour standoff with police."
