Info from Licensor: "We were headed to the grocery store and were stopped at the stop sign. While we were waiting for a car to pass, we saw flashing lights top the hill coming down the highway. I grabbed my husband's phone and was going to video the police driving by us. The police eventually apprehended the two suspects behind our property. They were in a stolen vehicle!"
