Man Causes Distress to Seal at Great Orme Nature Reserve

Info from Licensor: "I saw the man approach the seal getting too close and scaring it. The seal tried to get away and he followed it getting closer. He was waving his hand closer and closer to it and the seal tried to bite him but wasn't close enough to reach him.
Because it was windy I didn't think he would hear me shouting at him to get away so just filmed it. When I saw him pick up the rock and throw it at the seal hitting it, then start shouting at the seal clapping making it jump out if its skin, I managed to shout loud enough for him to hear me. His body language changed and he stopped straight away. The seal then crawled out to sea and I went to quickly get a signal and phone the wardens before returning and confronting the man and his friend who had by that time climbed back up to the road. They acted surprised and didn't know why I was angry. I shouted at them saying I filmed it and the video is going on YouTube then walked away.
I did think a car parked up was theirs, but it wasn't so I couldn't get a numberplate or anything."
