Info from Licensor: "We were at Children’s Pool in La Jolla, CA outside of San Diego, CA and saw the seals. It is right next to seal rock. This video was taken during seal pupping season and the beach is closed due to all of the seals that come there. The mothers sometimes leave the baby seals there while they hunt. I saw these two seals fighting over who was going to be on the rock and thought it was cute and funny."
