Info from Licensor: On June 13th, state trooper Bishop came to question my husband about a fight that happened between my husband and his brother. I talked to trooper Bishop 5 minutes before this and had told him my husband was not home and that I would have my husband call him when he got back home. Trooper Bishop said to make sure he called him when he returned. I said I would have my husband call. After trooper bishop left, I called my husband and told him that the trooper was there and told him to return home. After I got off the phone with my husband, I went to walk to the store I saw the trooper waiting down the block. I figured he was waiting for my husband to return. When I was walking back home from the store, I got a notification that there was motion at my door, so I went to look at my camera and I could not see anything. When I returned home, I saw the tape on my camera. I took it off and placed the camera back up where it was. I went inside for about 10 to 20 minutes then I left my home again after about 10 minutes. After I left, there was motion at my door again, but when I went to look, my camera was no longer on. So I returned home immediately because my children were there. When I returned home, state trooper Bishop told me that my husband was there. He knows he is because our car was parked in the parking lot down the street where we park if there is no space in front of our home. I then asked him why my camera was taken down he said it was for his safety, but yet he had no body cam on but there was another officer that came that did have his body cam on. I then told trooper Bishop that if my husband was there I would have him come out. So I went inside, Andy, my husband, told me he just came home and asked who was knocking. I told him it was the state trooper Bishop. So my husband then went down to speak to him. When my husband went down, they read him his rights and placed him in handcuffs, then sat him down to listen to his side of what happened. When my husband finished, the arresting officer arrived and asked my husband again what happened, my husband told him. He also told him he wanted to press charges against 2 other people that were involved. trooper Yetter then said he didn't care who he arrested as long as he made an arrest. While my husband was talking to him, I viewed my library to see who placed the tape over my camera, I then realized it was officer Bishop. So I posted it on Facebook because I knew it wasn't right.
