Info from Licensor: "As I was standing in line I started to notice an altercation going on. The lady in the video started to get aggressive with the employe and that's when I got my phone out to record. This was all over $22 that she still had to pay. She didn’t want to put anything back and she believed that she paid for everything in her cart. After the video ended the police to show up and they asked her to come outside, which she did calmly."
