Wild Man Punching and Climbing on Cars Gets Arrested

Info from Licensor: "I was working and a man came into my story and started touching what I was working on I asked him to please stop touching that and he said ok I will leave. Not one second later I look outside and that same man is on top of a car. Hitting his widow and screaming and whatnot. Then he starts standing on the car and dancing and then he took his shirt off then he hops off the car and almost comes into the store again. Then he starts blocking traffic but after he hit a guy's car trying to get the car not to pass him that car just takes off w him on the car. Then the police came and arrested him.
