The man on the roof left without injuries but he was not the driver of the now drowned Fiat Uno, he was the driver of the Kombi (white van) that was also going down the flood. He jumped from the van when he saw the water rising, but due to the force of the water he had no way to reach a sidewalk, so he went up to the car that was right behind him."
