Phone Scam Revealed

Info from Licensor: "I got a phone call yesterday and realized it was scammers. I got a call again today and decided to record it. These people are trying to scam folk by telling them their router has been hacked. They then talk you through how to sort it out. It installs software on your pc/laptop that can allow them remote access and gain your bank details. They had my full name." - Mark Wilson
