Dog Emerges from Car After Traffic Accident

Info from Licensor: "I was witness to this traffic accident and captured it on dashcam video as I was on my way home from grocery shopping. It seems rather apparent the the individual blatantly ran the red light, causing the accident.
The person whom caused the accident was found to not have a valid driver license and had arrest warrants. All individuals involved survived and sustained only minor injuries. The little white dog seen in the video was rescued and unharmed. This happened in Tallahassee Florida where the running of red lights is not uncommon."
